After clicking on "E-mail Accounts" from the "Tools" menu, a window called "E-mail Accounts" will appear. Select "Add a new e-mail account" from the list of options and click "Next".

STEP III:

Server Type

Select "POP3" as your server type. When you are done, click "Next".

STEP IV:

Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)

This window will ask you for several pieces of information regarding the account that you'll be setting up. Use the guide below to fill in the appropriate information for each of the respective fields...

USER INFORMATION
Your Name: Just type your actual name here (example: John Doe)
E-mail Adress: Type in your COMPLETE e-mail address (example: jdoe@appsmail.com)

SERVER INFORMATION

Default Settings:

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.appsmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Contact your Internet Service Provider
If Apps Communications is your ISP, use "mail.appsmail.com" as your SMTP Server

New Settings:
*ONLY use the below information if you know that you are using our new email server

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail2.appsmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Contact your Internet Service Provider
If Apps Communications is your ISP, use "mail2.appsmail.com" as your SMTP Server

LOGIN INFORMATION
User Name: This is very important! Once again, type your FULL address here. NOT just your user name! (example: jdoe@appsmail.com)
Password: Type your password in here.

When finished, click the "More Settings" button (do not click "Next" yet).

STEP V:

Internet E-mail Settings

Make sure that you are on the 2nd tab in from the left labeled "Outgoing Server" and check the box marked "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". After doing that, choose "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" and click "OK" to be returned to the previous screen.

STEP VI:

Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)

Click "Next".

STEP VII:

Finished

Click "Finish" to create your new account.
